Redy is fully HIPAA-compliant. We use end-to-end encryption for all communications, secure servers for data storage, and strict access controls. Your health information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All medical records are stored securely and only accessible to your assigned care team.

Currently, Redy operates on a self-pay model with transparent, upfront pricing. We do not accept insurance at this time. Consultation fees start at $49, and medication costs vary by treatment. You’ll always know the full cost before confirming any service. We may offer HSA/FSA payment options depending on your state.

Redy is currently available in most U.S. states for telehealth consultations. However, medication availability and specific treatments (especially ketamine therapy) vary by state due to regulations. When you start your visit, our system will confirm service availability in your location. We’re continuously expanding to new states.

Most patients complete their online intake in 10–15 minutes. A licensed clinician typically reviews your case within 24–48 hours. If a prescription is appropriate, it’s sent to our partner pharmacy, and medications usually arrive within 3–5 business days via discreet shipping. Urgent cases may be expedited based on clinical need.

After your clinician approves treatment, your prescription is sent electronically to our partner pharmacy. Medications are shipped discreetly in unmarked packaging directly to your address. All prescriptions require clinical appropriateness — not everyone who requests treatment will receive a prescription. Follow-up consultations may be required for ongoing medication management.
